Once upon a time, actually last night, my father fell asleep on the couch with the remote under his butt. So, I couldn’t change the channel and I was stuck with a boring soccer game between Italy and Bielaruss under 21 teams. GRRRR, I had the “Minority Report” DVD and I wanted to see it!!! I tried to get the remote but I failed; I only realized that my dad should eat less. I gave up hope and kept watching the game. It was so boring that I had to find comfort in a bottle of wine I had put in the fridge. By the time my dad woke up, I was “comfortably numb”…It was late but I decided to see the movie anyway…I only have a vague idea about the plot. This is what I recall:
In Washington D.C. the police uses an amazing technology which identifies adulterous wives before they cheat on their husbands.The police gets to the crime scene before the guy unties the woman’s bra. In the following scene, Tom Cruise is playing with a see-through videogame…a little kid comes out of the screen and says: “You can’t kiss me on the lips, only mom can kiss me on the lips….YOU PERVERT!!” After that, the Precrime Unit finds out that their chief (Cruise) is going to have adulterous gay sex.. For the rest of the movie, Tom Cruise is involved in mind-blowing action, trying to prove he is not gay…I am going to see this movie again, now that I am nice and sober!!!
One more thing!! When I turned off the DVD player…I accidentally got to a channel that was showing porn adverts: there were bare naked 60 -year-old women saying that they wanted to have sex with young fellows... I had to drink another glass of wine…
